Mattresses – 150 Night Sleep Trial
At House of Sleep, your comfort and satisfaction are our priority. That’s why we offer a 150 Night Sleep Trial on our mattresses only, allowing you time to experience the comfort and support of your new mattress in your own home.
If you are not completely satisfied with your mattress within the eligible trial period, you may exchange it for another mattress within our range or return it for a full refund. We recommend sleeping on your new mattress for a minimum of 14 nights before deciding to proceed with a return or exchange, allowing your body sufficient time to adjust to the new sleeping surface.
All mattresses returned under our Sleep Trial Program are donated to our charity partner, The Salvation Army (Salvos), to help those in need. As these mattresses are given a second life, the use of a waterproof mattress protector is mandatory. Any mattress that is damaged or soiled will be ineligible for the Sleep Trial, and the trial will be considered null and void.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is complimentary in the following metropolitan areas: Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth.
For customers outside these metropolitan areas, we will endeavour to arrange collection through a local charity. If we are unable to locate a charity that services your area, you will be responsible for arranging and covering the cost of transporting the mattress to the charity or a nominated depot in your nearest metropolitan location.
Mattress Packaging Requirements
All returned mattresses must be enclosed in the original plastic bag provided at the time of purchase. This is a strict requirement, as our freight partners cannot collect or transport mattresses unless they are securely sealed in protective packaging. The bag helps maintain hygiene and protects the mattress during transit.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their mattress is properly repacked before collection can be arranged.
Exchanges and Price Differences
If you choose to exchange your mattress for another model, any price difference will be adjusted accordingly. If your replacement mattress is more expensive, you will be required to pay the difference. If it is less expensive, we will refund you the difference.
One Trial Per Household
Each household, delivery address or order is eligible for one free exchange or return under our 150 Night Sleep Trial. If you intend to purchase multiple mattresses, we recommend purchasing one mattress first to ensure it meets your needs before placing additional orders.
